About the Role
We are looking for a Senior IT Program Manager to lead complex, enterprise IT initiatives from planning to delivery. You will manage cross-functional teams, coordinate multiple projects, and ensure programs meet scope, budget, and timeline goals. This role partners with business and IT leaders to align technology initiatives with organizational strategy, drive risk management, and implement best practices. The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with strong program management expertise, excellent communication skills, and experience delivering large-scale IT programs in dynamic enterprise environments.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 8–12+ years of experience managing complex IT programs or portfolios
  • Proven success delivering IT programs on-time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives
  • Experience in strategic IT planning, digital transformation, or large enterprise environments
  • Ability to translate business strategy into actionable IT initiatives
Essential Job Functions
  • Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale IT programs
  • Define program scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements
  • Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate multiple interdependent projects
  • Monitor program performance, risks, and budget; implement corrective actions as needed
  • Serve as primary liaison between IT teams, business units, and executive stakeholders
  • Implement program governance, reporting, and communication standards
  • Drive continuous improvement and adoption of best practices in program management
  • Manage vendor relationships and external resources supporting program delivery
  • Ensure alignment of IT initiatives with organizational goals and compliance requirements
Certifications
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) – Preferred or Required
  • Program Management Professional (PgMP) – Strongly Preferred
  • Agile certifications (SAFe, PMI-ACP, or ScrumMaster) – Preferred
  • ITIL Foundation or equivalent IT service management certification – Optional
