- Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall project methodologies
- Vendor management and contract negotiation
- Problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional, geographically distributed teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 8–12+ years of experience managing complex IT programs or portfolios
- Proven success delivering IT programs on-time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives
- Experience in strategic IT planning, digital transformation, or large enterprise environments
- Ability to translate business strategy into actionable IT initiatives
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale IT programs
- Define program scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements
- Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate multiple interdependent projects
- Monitor program performance, risks, and budget; implement corrective actions as needed
- Serve as primary liaison between IT teams, business units, and executive stakeholders
- Implement program governance, reporting, and communication standards
- Drive continuous improvement and adoption of best practices in program management
- Manage vendor relationships and external resources supporting program delivery
- Ensure alignment of IT initiatives with organizational goals and compliance requirements
- Project Management Professional (PMP) – Preferred or Required
- Program Management Professional (PgMP) – Strongly Preferred
- Agile certifications (SAFe, PMI-ACP, or ScrumMaster) – Preferred
- ITIL Foundation or equivalent IT service management certification – Optional
